Contact Us
Have a question, found a bug, or want to share feedback? Reach out to Saurabh Roy, founder of Listeny. We read every message personally — include your browser, device, and the page URL when reporting playback or translation issues so we can reproduce the problem quickly.
What to Include
If you're reporting a problem, mention which page you were on, your browser and device, and a short description of what happened.
Response Times
Listeny is run by a small team. We read every message and do our best to reply within a few business days.
Privacy and legal requests
For privacy-related questions, data deletion requests, or DMCA notices, include "Privacy" in your subject line so we can route the message correctly. Our Privacy Policy explains what analytics and advertising partners may collect when you consent to cookies in regulated regions.
Partnerships and press
Media inquiries, integration proposals, and accessibility partnership ideas are welcome. Tell us your audience, timeline, and whether you need a quote from the founder — we prioritize requests that help more readers discover free listening tools.
Common questions before you email
Can you help me recover a deleted PDF or transcript? +
Listeny processes files locally or temporarily on secure workers — we do not keep copies after your session ends. If you closed the tab, re-upload the original file. Browser storage may still hold recent text you pasted into the reader.
Do you offer phone or live chat support? +
Not at this time. Email is the fastest channel for the small team running Listeny. Include screenshots and your browser version so we can reproduce UI issues without a call.
Can I request a new language or tool? +
Yes — tell us the language pair or file format you need and how you would use it. We prioritize features that help the most readers while keeping tools free and browser-based.
Is Listeny affiliated with Google or Microsoft? +
No. Listeny is an independent project. We integrate with Google AdSense and Analytics, and AI Voice uses Microsoft neural voices through our proxy, but we are not owned by those companies.
