Listeny's PDF to speech tool lets you upload any PDF and have it read aloud instantly — no sign up, no software to install, and nothing to pay. As the audio plays, each word is highlighted in the text, so you can follow along visually while you listen.
Drag and drop your file onto the page, or browse to select it from your device. Listeny extracts the text directly in your browser — your PDF file is not uploaded. Choose from natural-sounding AI voices, adjust the playback speed, and pick up exactly where you left off if you come back later.
Many PDF to speech tools require an account, limit pages, or send your file to a server. Listeny does none of that. There's no download to wait for and no page limits — just open your PDF and press play.
